Anyone else having problems during draft picks

Ever since the new update 5.9 whenever I enter ranked or draft pick during selections everything seems to be going normal. After a few picks i'll realize that someone is taking a while to pick or lock in, every time the timer runs out and the screen just stays there and again it will say either they picked or didnt but if they did it remains as "not locked in". I can still type and message people and people respond but if i havent picked by the time this "Glitch" happens I have to exit the client and return with a penalty for leaving. If I have picked I usually just wait for people to stop responding and I can re-login and I get a "reconnect button" and Never have any issues from there. no changes have been made on my end I checked just about everything from my razer app to my firewalls and no changes. I guess i'll stick to builder and Bp but the leavers ban would be nice. If the tech guys want a pic i'll do it again and screenshot but not if I have to deal with another 25 min penalty. .. . after 2 leaves. . .(not in game leaves just "Que dodges")
