Click Launch and game shuts down

There was an OLD post about something like this, except I have a son with a matching computer and programs right next to me that DOES NOT have this issue at all. I have gone through and done everything that everyone has claimed to be a fix up to and including turning off all firewalls and virus protections. I hit run as admin and it works but I am tired of needing to do that since it should be working just fine and as normal. Please Riot throw some something in here and help us get this figured out. I will say it one more time in case it was missed before, my son and I have MATCHING computers and he has no issue where I do.
