skin has been removed from my account

over the years i have purchased many skins but some times the skin i buy goes unavailable after purses and some times never returns to its available state thus forcing me to re buy the skin and after asking a riot employ to revert the skin back to available they tell me they have no history of me ever purchasing the skin, however i assure you i have, ive used it multiple times and this has happednd more then once.

Just last week Ernest elf tristona was unavalible and ready for purchace during the christmas sales even though i already bout it last year. but has recently reverted back to available with out me having to repurchese it.

The sinful succulence morgana skin i have purchesed twice on this account although riot ensures me theres only one transaction of the original perches and not of the 2nd although i still lost rp for the seconed time so thats 1950 ive spent on an 975 skin

Now recently i have discovered my officer caitlyn skin has become unavailable once again even though i bought it more then a year ago and have used it over 20 times!!!! and after asking a riot employee to replace it they said there was no recored of me perchesing the skin in the hystory of my account now how could this be?? when i only have 1 account and have used the skin multipule times?

please fix this its becoming ridicules i would also like to see riot put in an emailed receipt system for after skin & rp purchase so people with the same problem can prove they in fact have bought these skins.

at this point i have lost 1950 rp due to having to repurchase 1 skin(sinful succulence morgana) and losing another (officer caitlyn)
