kled cantankerous cavalier maybe bugged

This new champ is really funny, but today i played against him and i found out that when i deal some dmg that make skaarl run away and it's at the same time a stun kled didn't get stunned. This happen to me 2 time with passive's Braum . So i don't know if it's a bug or simly the stun has been applied on skaarl but he run away so the stun don't hit kled.
