Client wont open

I cant seem to open LoL. Ive downloaded it 3 times and it keeps sending me the same message that say " RADS Error: Unspecified error occured. Please Check the logs for more information. Ive tried troubleshooting the game such as testing the program but it didnt work. Can someone please help me out?
