Yasuo bug with Viktor

League defines projectiles as attacks that start in one place and move towards another. Thus, Viktor's E is a projectile.

However, Viktor's auto attack after he Q's is not a projectile, as it's hit it's target as soon as it is fired.

Yeah, it's intended. It's dumb, but it's intended. Just stick your E on the opposite side of the wall and make sure it doesn't travel through while moving. to the end point ;p
