{Gameplay} Game tells us opponent destroyed his/her own tower

After a good old teamfight under the tower we proceed to destroy it. After it happened the game tells us "Morgana has destroyed the turret" It would not be weird if not for the fact she was in the opposing team... It was a ranked game. I think only our team saw that but I am not sure, Morgana could not confirm.
