Game Crashes

Hello Riot, so here is my problem,

Ever since the server moved and I upgraded to windows 10, I now have a problem, where each time we switch from champ select to the loading screen, the screen will just turn black instead of entering the loading screen. After a couple of minutes of waiting, it then says there is a network issue and it was unable to connect to PVP.net. However, I know the network is fine on my end because I have music streaming in the background, and I am able to load in facebook, steam, and a whole bunch of other apps. (Note, even with these closed, and nothing else streaming, this still happens). Now, because of this issue, I join late, or not at all. This has caused me to be put in a low priority que.

Please fix your servers, as this is an issue on your end. This weekend you are stress testing your servers, but still banning and punishing people when it doesn't work.
