Desktop Error Beep and league Instantly Crashes and freezes

So i get a DING Sound (Windows Error Ding Sound) and league crashes completely. Freezes. Becomes unresponsive. I tried in windowed mode and checked event viewer.

New Install of Windows 8.1, Fully updated FX 8350 8 core at 4.2 ghz GTX 980 Ti 12 Gig Corsair vengence Ram

After checking the event viewer, basically it is a "wudfrd kernel pnp" Error. So i turned the wudfrd to automatic through services.msc which should of fixed the problem, or so i thought, but no fix. Still having same issue.

The only thing i have done to help is play in windowed mode, but the same thing happens. Windows "Ding" error sound, Game crashed and frozen. Only now that i am in windowed mode, i can close the game and use the rest of my computer to restart the game. Happens 1-2 times a game....

Fix please. Help please....
