Loss of Friends List / NO Chat

I have noticed on my NA account I have no access to my friends list or champion select chat , nor can I message anybody until I am in game. I have reintsalled , restarted router , did everything I could possibly think of but I am convinced it is something to do with my account. My friends logged on my account and no list for them either , however if I log onto my eu or lan accounts everything seems fine. I hope somebody here can Help me out I sent in a ticket on different occasions from the last month , and i gave them all the information they have asked for and now they just keep asking for the same information and I am getting no answers and it has taken away my enjoyment from league as I cannot play with my friends :( , Also when I use the chat app on my phone , my account does not have access to friends on NA. Hope somebody can help me , much appreciated.

I have the same issue. Not connecting to chat. Its difficult for me to ban champs when I can't get any team input. The issue is very frustrating. I don't want to summoner 4 out of this game because its fun, but the issue is detrimental to my team that I am on!

I've got the same problem for 5 days now, and the french riot support told me they would look into it... I'm not very trustful about that though.

Do you have this problem for more than a month ? That is insane, I was hoping for a "quick" fix...

It's been nearly 4 years I created my account, spent like hundreds of euros in the game, don't really know what I'll do if I can't enjoy the game as I used to.
