Bug at champion select for ARAM

Why is this happening at every game? When i find a game and I accept then everything at LOL stops working and not responding.This happens only at ARAM and i always have to close LOL and relaunch the game to play.And sometimes i recconnect to the game that has already started with a random champion and wrong runes and masteries(because i couldn't change them in champion select) or sometimes it shows that i leave and now i took a queue waiting . Is that a ban? Anyway , it's ok by me if it i won't be banned for this but I do... Please fix this as soon as possible and I hope you understood !!!
