Cannot play league from client

I literally cannot play league because when i launch it says i need to update. when i click the enter button it wants me to login. when i do it instantly signs me out. like instant like 1ms of login time then signs me out. wont let me update my username and the window wont go away no matter what. so i have been unable to play this god forsaken game. Please help!
