Shaco Clone Kill, Buff Transfer Bug!

So apparently I was assassinating Ezreal, Attack speed Damage Build. Shaco and my Clone were both attack Ezreal and my Clone managed to kill the Ezreal, That Transferred the Blue Buff to my clone but not my real self, so when my clone died I did not get the blue buff. Is this a recent fix or some kind of bug?
