Skarner Flash bug

When i played skarner a few days ago, i noticed a bug that accured 2 times in 2 games. When i ulted and my ult was stoped, my flash didnt worked until i used my 2nd sum.spell or it got out of cooldown i dont know how to reproduce it exactly but maybe other people have the same problem and are reporting this bug too when flash was not activatable it looked like im silenced but just for flash not for the summoner spells or abilities hope you could figure out what i mean xD #bestenglishintheworld
