Unable to Remake

I was extremely frustrated with the above game. I was in my promotional series for Platinum 2, and I have a Lux mid that does not connect to the game. Despite the 4 members on our team trying to remake, we were unable to remake. As you can see, Lux literally does not move or buy items or type anything in chat (literally nothing all game), so how does this not qualify as a remake?

It is absolutely absurd to lose a game (especially for promotions) over something like that.
