[GAMEPLAY] Audio lost

Every once in a while I just lose the sound altogether at the beginning of a game. Other sounds of the computer are fine, like when I change the volume on the computer and it gives that little ding . In League though, no sound effects, no music, not even the melody of /laugh ter. The problem will persist only while I am in a game; once the game ends I can hear noises, like during champ select. This has happened before in ARAMs and in Normals. I've only found one solution to the problem. You need to go and "Disable all sounds" in a checkbox, and then save that, and then reopen the menu and enable all sounds by unchecking that same checkbox, then saving. Resetting default sound settings, messing with the different sound options (voices, SFX, Master...) didn't work. I really don't know how to reproduce this problem. The first time I noticed it, I thought it may have been because I had the computer playing music as I entered the game, but that hasn't been true of all times I've encountered this problem. I only get this problem every few weeks. I'm not a tech savvy person, so please bear with me if you need more info ;A:
