[GAMEPLAY] Zyra's E disappears mid-animation

I'm an avid Zyra player, and I've noticed a few times that when I cast her E, Grasping roots, it will sometimes disappears after hitting the first target.

This has rarely happened, but it was always while clearing a wave; the animation just disappears after hitting the first minion.
