[GAMEPLAY] Repeating freeze (for about 1 second) after every minute.

The Game is freezing for about a second or more every minute. Sometimes more frequent sometimes less.

This Problem occurs only in League of Legends, no Hardware Problem, no Connenction issue. The FPS and the Ping stays straight and wont go up or down while the Freez happens.

It is happening since the last Patch and i am not the only one Person with this Problem. (I asked random ppl after games if they´ve got the same problem - about 5 to 10 percent have the same issue.)
