Only 2 available Resolutions + Chat Filter bug

The new beta client only offers 2 options of Resolution: 1024x576 and 1280x720. In addition, unchecking the Enable Language Filter box does nothing. All slurs and curses and so forth are still just "***" in chat. I've tried Full Repairs and full reinstalls as well. Nothing has helped. Wondering when these will be addressed.
