random disconnects in game after update to 7.19

so randomly in game my character will just freeze up and i will be unable to move and then sometimes ill just be able to move but be unable to cast any kinds of abilities. my ping stays at around 44 to 51 at most and does not visually spike at all at this time. ive noticed that if im playing kayn that when i do reconnect to the game it will play a voice line from when youre in pre-change kayn form and this issue has gotten me killed several time already and im just trying to see if anyone has had this issue and how to fix it. i keep pinging servers to see if im having packet loss and im not having any.
