[client] Crafting 3 skins into 1

I was trying to craft a permanent skin from 3 skins. I was using 2 panda teemo skins and 1 school girl ahri. I hit craft and then league crashed. I came back into the game after restarting the client and the 3 skins are gone without a (permanent skin?). I have no idea how to check to see if the skin worked or what skin for the champion it worked for.
