[Website] PBE signup bug - Error 500

I'm trying to singup for PBE but when I open https://pbesignup.euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/pbe or another link for other regions I get an Error 500 (see image http://fs5.directupload.net/images/170117/t98mm97h.png ) and very long loading times ( about 15 seconds )

I'm using win7. I tried Chrome and Firefox, also in private mode, however there shouldn't be a difference since it's error 500. I'm using google DNS (8.8.8.8)

If someone needs further information, pls ask
