Can't Launch into DuoQ games

Well, this has happened 3 times today... And I am currently afk in a game... Essentially, the game I am currently playing... I cannot connect to. And all 3 times that this has happened today, I randomly joined up with someone from a previous game, searched, went through champ select and once the game launched, I would get the 'bogus firewall issue'

"Unable to connect to server..."

I assume that I will probably get an afk ban now, and lose LP.

Can this issue be resolved? And pardoned?
