[CLIENT] [MINOR] Ward Skin Name Error

I recently got a ward shard from a chest but rather than having a typical human readable name it was called "game_character_skin_displayName_SightWard_55". I out of curiosity upgraded it to a permanent, it functions as a hextech ward skin but it is still named "game_character_skin_displayName_SightWard_55". To reproduce: Ahh if you can log into my account, just create a custom, and look at the choose a ward skin dialog. Occurs on different computers.
