[Gameplay][Critical][Repro] Kindred R Unusable

Using self+smart cast on Kindred makes it impossible to use his R on himself.

All other ally targetting spells will self-cast if no target is given. Kindred's ultimate does not. It also fails to cast when targetting yourself with the mouse. This effectively makes it impossible to self-cast Kindred's ultimate if smart+self cast is enabled.
