Earned Mastery 6 Token, Disappeared in Inventory

I just got an S- with Elise in a Normal game. After the game it says that my Elise has reached to mastery level 5 and at the same time I got a mastery level 6 token for my S- performance. However when I check the hex tech crafting inventory the token is not there. I have logged off my client and re-logged in and there is still nothing there. Riot please help, I don't get much S nowadays. Thank you.

Just happened to me as well, with Azir. I earned an S in the game I hit mastery 5, and it said I earned a token, but it isn't in my inventory.
