Can't Lock In During Loading Screen

Here's the thing, my friend and I started a draft pick game and when it was my turn to pick a champion, my "lock in" button cannot be clicked.

This led to an unnecessary dodge penalty. Riot, can you fix this mess??

My internet was fine at the time and the "lock in" button suddenly bugged out.

I don't want 20 minutes to even infinity dodge queues in the future.
