Mastery Page Resolve bug

I go to the new mastery page and down to the bottom right to select the resolve talents in the bottom row. It is glitching as if it cant decide whether the description should appear above or below where my mouse is.

Happening to me too ! Not sure if its only on mac! [zombie-nunu-bummed]
