Karthus Q cast delayh
Casting Q on someone but have the cast delay prevent damage by giving the champion the time to escape a Q when the Q is supost to explode after 0.5 seconds after cast but acutaly cast 2 seconds after.
Fun times. fix this/

I think Karthus is meant to be farm centric and occasionally boom boom with his Q shouting "GET OFF MY LAWN" to the opposite laner.
The main meat is wall => E in the middle of enemy team => spam Q => if everything dies already then all cool. If not and you died, press R and score pentakill.
Throw in Zhonya somewhere in that rotation.
