Renektons E causes mouse cursor to freeze

When using Renektons E the mouse cursor will change to one of the ping icons and stay that way. The only way to change it back to the normal icon is to double dash using E. When the mouse cursor is frozen as a ping icon I can not fast move my screen by clicking on the mini map or hold V and select a ping notification.
