Champion pictures not matching to champion

When in my summoner profile champions list, the names and pictures of the champions aren't matching up. For example, Zyra is the last on the list, but it has Shen's picture. Zilean is before that, and it has Poppy's picture. Ziggs, Zed, and Zac have the correct pictures, but Yorick's picture is Pantheon, Yasuo's is Nidalee, and Xin Zhao's is Nunu. I'd post a screenshot, but I don't know how.
