Flash on 300 Second Cooldown in URF {Gameplay]

Not a huge problem, but my flash was put on a 300 second cooldown in URF and I'm not sure why. However, I got my screenshot program when there was 76 seconds remaining. But it still should be on a sixty second cooldown, not 300.
