Client Forced Quit

I had the weirdest and most annoying bug I have ever experienced. I had just started a 3v3 match on Twisted Treeline when the client froze and forced me to close it. I then proceeded to spend the next 15-20 minutes logging into League trying to reconnect to the match. However, it would not let me reconnect until the match ended. It finally was reconnecting me when it then sent me to the end game results room. I know it didnt connect me until right when the match ended because the other players were also joining that room at the same time as I was. What was incredibly frustrating was the fact that the game client then forced me to type that "I Agree" to not leave any more matches and press "ok" even though it was not my fault. I did not intentional leave the match and I tried my best to reconnect to the game. This has not happened to me before, but the frustration of this happening once was more than enough to annoy me. I want to play the game with my teammates and work together to help them to win. The fact I was literally forced into not being able to help my teammates was beyond frustrating in this case. Unfortunately, Im not sure what caused the issue. I just hope I dont have a similar problem in the future.
