I'd like to hear ideas as to how a crash could be differentiated from an intentional dodge when third-party software could hypothetically be used to force a crash and/or fake a bugsplat report. It wouldn't be worth the massive trouble of implementing some way to exempt crashes from dodge penalties if it would just open up a way to dodge dodge penalties.
