What is the actual leaverbuster timer?

Because apparently,a brand can be afk more than 5 minutes, come back and int his lane and still not get it.

Meanwhile I can be afk 3 minutes, come back and win lane, but still get leaverbuster.

Because apparently I was in the game and my team couldn't remake because I wasnt disconnected, rather the loading screen was just refusing to go away.

Any insights riot? Second time in 2 weeks that I have a 20 minute low priority because of this exact issue.

Hell Id'e like to know what the fuckin dodge timers are... I see streamers dodge 1-2 matches in a row and have a 5 minute penalty.

I dodge 1 fucking ARAM in 3 months and i have a 15 minute penalty.

I can have an AFK on the team who bought one item, went to lane for 2 minutes, dc'd, never came back, and we can't FF and it counts him as there till the end of the match or till we FF finally. If i DC right before a match ends, i'm counted as AFK the whole match lol.

Shits bullcrap.

Confirmed by a member of the support team, the timer is THREE MINUTES of inactivity. "Usually, if you've been frequently AFKing in recent games, after three minutes of inactivity, the system will give you a warning and if you further AFK, you will be targeted by the Leaverbuster and a penalty will be issued."
