[GAMEPLAY] Ravenous Hydra bug

When playing Quinn I built a Ravenous Hydra, after switching to Valor the passive of Hydra would be able to proc however every now and then I wouldn't be able to use the active. It seems to be completely random and it's happened more than once, it may also happen to other form switchers but I haven't checked yet.

It may have been caused by a past bug fix. You can't use hydra when you are about to return to your human form because it used to be able to keep you in bird form for as long as you wanted.
