Random Skins disapearing

I own Angler Jax, Sailor Gangplank and Ravenborn LeBlanc but all the sudden they have been missing. I cant play either of them. Im sure there are also other skins that i am missing as well. What is happening?

Were those skins gifted to you? If they were gifted to you by a friends account that has been suspended then those skins disappear.
