[GAMEPLAY] Qiyanna q bug and problems with masteries .

Ok so basically just played a qiyana game and everything was fine ... After like 2 minutes i log into a new qiyana game .. everything seemed fine until i noticed sth odd about my damage output .. after some closer inspection i realised that my w empowered q didnt deal any damage and didnt apply the effects it was supposed to ..( invisibility , root , extra damage) .Also in the same game both ryze and mordekaiser couldnt proc phase rush .. After this game i logged in again as pyke with electrocute and guess what .. electrocute wouldnt proc for some reason .. dont know whats happening with the damn game after patch 9.14
