sudden FPS drop

in mid game at about 8-9 minutes my fps drops to zero and lags for 2-3 minutes and this happens on every game constantly.... have any of you experienced this bug? is there any fix?

I am currently experiencing the same issue. I don't know what to do. It's a shame because I just reinstalled the game after a long hiatus, and now I can't even play.
