Rune Bug, Greater Glyph of Scaling Mana Regeneration Tier: 3 Secondary

+0.06 mana regen / 5 sec. per level (+1.2 at champion level 18) Math wise 0.06 * 18 = 1.08 I do understand that it might be the text rounds and it might really mean (1.15) by rounding and such, but the problem to me is that this is a secondary rune. meaning it should be weaker than the primary rune.

Now look at this Primary rune http://i.imgur.com/p1Yfme3.png (Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration Tier:3 Primary +0.065 mana regen / 5 sec. per level (+1.2 at champion level 18) Math wise 0.065* 18 = 1.17

So something is wrong here with the runes, my personal perspective Primary > Secondary just the word it self states that.
