[Bug] Prompts do not appear

Prompts for: Closing client, removing/blocking friends and other prompts will no longer display. I have to go to my task bar and close league from there if I want to turn it off. This has been happening for several patches off and on. Anything besides the afk check to enter a game which requires me to hit yes/no does not appear.
