Problems In-Game

I played a 3v3 and my screen was lock couldn't unlock it, couldn't buy any item(left clic was my ping) , couldn't alt tab or alt f4, after i shut my pc down and restart it and reconnect to the game everyone was invisible and now i can't pick a champion anymore ...
