9.22 breaks my fps???

Ever since the 9.22 update this game has been having having major fps issues on my system. MSI Z270 SLI + MSI RX 570 4GB Intel Celeron 3900G 2.8 GHz no HDD's, 2 240 GB SSD's

now, i understand the processor is quite frankly, an outdated piece of garbage, but i never touch even close to 100% on either core. I play games much more graphically intensive than this and i get no drops in framerate or stuttering or anything, it isnt even in teamfights or when certain flashy abilities are cast its just random fps drops and sometimes i will hit 0 fps for a solid 1-2 seconds.

can you please fix this riot? I understand 90% of the player base plays on complete garbage set ups but that doesnt mean you should optimize your game for super-toasters.

Yes riot is just ignoring all these threads patch 9.20 and before was fine I have Intel hd graphics windows 7 1.30 ghz and I was getting at least 40-60 fps then patch 9.21 it had random drops to 25 fps then patch 9.22 it's even worse I've tried EVERYTHING. I looked through all these posts and not ONE riot employee has commented. Absolutely pathetic.

Edit: And for me I've cleaned PC, cap my fps at 60,disable sound,ran as admin, closed client during game,low spec mode, put in lower resolutions (does not matter still eventually glitches out and fps drops), set affinity in task manager, i've tweaked every option tried this that, submitted a ticket. No response. They legit don't gaf. The client has been garbage since they destroyed the old, perfectly fast client, they have issues EVERY week with client. Just remove some of the stuff and put it online for purchasing. They dont need EVERYTHING in their client. Some of us cant afford new PCs. It's so frustrating.

It's the worst it's ever been. I have 05 and lower fps every 10 seconds for a second or 2. Unplayable game. RIOT screwed up big time.

As someone with quite a decent PC and a brand new GPU and 144hz monitor i'm quite annoyed that this issue is occurring as it's making the game unplayable at certain points. Especially with it being a game revolved around quick decision making.

Coincidentlly, I have made a Windows update and thought it's because of that. Came here and I see more people have this issue because of new patch.

At least it's mystery solved for me now.

Try setting your power options to high performance. It's a work-around I've used for some games. The CPU gets throttled even though you're playing a game, causing the FPS drop. This started happening for me after a Windows 10 update. It may or may not help you.

Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options - Either choose the High Performance power plan or create one.

Same here i cant play fps drops from 60 to 15-20 every 30seconds for no reason i also tried everything and its still same problem fix this riot its unplayable

I swear, I remember this game became terribly optimised as they introduced runes reforged (whatever the system was when TLD came out). And since then, it's steadily getting worse.
