Surrender bug/glitch (Screen shot applied)

• Server: NA • Type of Bug: Enemy team surrendered at 38:08, I stepped away cause I thought the game was over: nope. I heard my death from the game, came back 2 minutes later to see the game was still going at 40:51. Almost lost a game I went 20-6 (i dont count the 7 due to the bug lol) • Expected result: The result should of course, been the end of the game with a big ass victory on my screen lol. • Reproduction rate: I have been playing since beta, this is the first time I have experienced this. Other players on my team said they took a screen shot but I am not sure if they posted it yet. • System specs: Unfortunately I am at work so I do not have my specs on me at the time. However - it happened to all the players in the game, so I don't think that would make a difference with this bug.
