Ping spikes every game for the past fucking week

Alright, listen up riot. Your shit server and coms being messing up my fucking game for the past fucking weeks or so. Im not even playing bad, you just dont want me to get out of Silver. I switched between mobile data and my land wifi. Everything is fine im at a constant 25-40 ping every game and when I start team fighting or seeing any enemy, even minions, my ping spikes from 200 to 9000. Some could say that its not the internet thats causing the ping spikes, and i do agree. My laptop is old so i switched to a brand new laptop that has the specs far higher than what is expected. I still get the ping spikes. Please fix your game. Thanks. REally only sticking to league cause there arent any better games out there but really if there were, i wouldve opted for their games. A BIG FAT THANKS if youd fix it. or idk you could idk make up for it by giving me back my 2 ranks that i have been demoted.
