Twitch Q stealth duration stated wrong

Twitch's Q says that his stealth duration goes from 5% to 6% instead from 5 seconds to 6 seconds. I am not talking about the text part but rather the part in the bottom right corner in the box when you hover over the skill you want to level up. You have to have atleast on point in it before it says the error.
