Champion Select Bug

Every single time i enter the champ select, no matter either its a custom or a normal game, i can only see the black screen inside the client and no matter how long i wait for still nothing changes, i have no options but restart the client but same happens. I tried to restart my pc, client, internet several times but still nothing really works.
