MS going from 34 up too 300 and decreasing only to shoot up again

I cant stop my MS from shooting up too 300 or above every few seconds once it finally reaches 34 again. Its making me lag through all my games. I tried messing around in my setting to see if it stops. I reset the internet and all but nothing works
