I can't download the game?

I can't seem to download the LoL installer off the official website. From the link, "https://signup.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/signup/redownload" you're supposed to press the big old download button at the bottom. Then it goes to this page, "https://lol.secure.dyn.riotcdn.net/channels/public/x/installer/current/live.na.exe". The problem is that on that page, I'm just left with an error. Chrome says that the site can't be reached and the download never starts. It shows the error, "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN". I've tried many different browsers (FireFox, Opera, Edge) and they all leave the same error.

Is there any way to fix this?
