Bought 20$ of riot points only got 2000 as opposed to 2800
i got 20 dollars worth of riot points to get the christmas skin for lulu and lulu and when i bought lulu i only had 935 left...

I hope Riot fixes your issue. Try submitting a ticket instead.
Yeah there's nothing they can do here. You have to submit a support ticket.
If you were double charged, this seems to be a visual bug - you shouldn't actually have been charged twice. To confirm this:
- Simply try logging out and back in - often this updates your total
- Go to the store and pretend to make a purchase - when you get to the point where it calculates your current amount vs remaining after purchase, this should update your total
If you find you're still having issues after attempting these steps, please submit a ticket to Riot at http://support.leagueoflegends.com who can take a look.
